All participants are required to reach the venue 30 minutes before the event

• The attire is strictly formal: Formal shirt and pants, pencil skirts with stockings are permitted for girls. Blazers are highly recommended but are not compulsory. 

• Devices are allowed for the conference, laptops are recommended for ease of research and typing. If the internet is required, please do bring a personal hotspot. Please note that during certain times of the conference, the EB may request to cease use of the Internet.

• The use of ChatGPT or other softwares can be penalized. While these are helpful tools for initial research, please use them sparsely and strictly not during the conference. 

• Please do not loiter during the conference. Stay in the allotted conference halls until told to do otherwise.

• Be mindful of your belongings. LCIMUN’s Organising Committee does not take any of the responsibility in the event of damage or misplacement of personal belongings.

• It is advisable to have all your devices at full charge for the session. No guarantee for a charging port can be made.

• Bringing in external spectators to the venue without the knowledge of the Organising Committee is not allowed.

• Please be mindful of your surroundings. Do not vandalize or deface any of the furniture. You will be liable to any damages made to the hotel. Do not tamper with any of the placard holders. You are not allowed to take them with you. 

• Use your devices appropriately. Any misuse of electronics during the committee sessions will result in penalisation or potential disqualification.
